Renton Park is located in the Fairwood neighborhood of Renton. It is surrounded by residential streets lined with houses, and offers a little getaway for visitors. The trail connects the park entrance at the north end of 130th Ave. SE to the entrance at the south end of 130th, by making a wide arc through the forest.

Volunteers and park ambassadors have been taking care of this park for years, controlling invasive species and planting native ones. Their efforts have made this a delightful stroll through a shaded forest.
