PREP TIME / COOK TIME
5 minutes / 15 minutes
- 2 1/2 cups puffed quinoa
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey (or other liquid sweetener such as agave or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup almonds (or nut of choice)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Optional: chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS (prepare at home)
Mix puffed quinoa, almonds, salt, and chocolate chips (if using) in a large bowl, and set aside.
Heat peanut butter and honey in a pot over medium-low heat until pour-able.
Pour peanut butter mixture over quinoa and stir thoroughly.
Press finished mix into a lined 8x8 tray, and let cool overnight.
